From Serbian Soil, Into Every Glass
XiRo was born from one conviction: Serbia possesses raw materials that envy nothing in the world. Plums from Šumadija, Tamjanika grapes from Fruška Gora, wild juniper from Kopaonik, raspberries from Arilje — all of it here, before us, always. What we lacked was not the fruit. What we lacked was respect for that fruit in the process that follows it.
Every XiRo distillate passes through the same requirement: it must be better than the one before. Copper pot stills, double distillation, temperatures that do not compromise aroma in order to speed up yield — these are not marketing terms. They are decisions that cost dearly, and are only worth making if the result in the bottle is unmistakable.
From fruit brandies to gins of layered botanicals, from vinjak to liqueurs — every XiRo bottle carries the same signature: carefully selected ingredients, patient craft and a taste that stays with you. We do not make spirits to make many, but to make ones worth opening. That is why we stand behind every bottle with our name.
